Swap

If the item you ordered is unexpectedly too small or too large, or does not meet your expectations for other reasons and you want to exchange it for a different size, color or a completely different item, you can do so within 14 days of receipt (PostNL date).

Always ask yourself first if it is worth it because of the environment and the shipping costs. A size too big, often fits after a few blinks ;-)

You can simply order & pay for the item you want instead. We will then send it to you immediately.

The item you want to return can be sent to us as a return. For the conditions see below.

Return Shipping

Processing a return takes me 4 times (!) as much time as finding your order. So I always have to do returns in my 'free' time, because there is no time for that during the week. Running a (web)shop is labor-intensive. My working days are long and I also work most of the weekend.

I therefore prefer to prevent returns and if you have any doubts about how something falls, mail me. Often I can estimate very well with the length/age and build of your child which size is needed and whether it will fit.

If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: Swimwear & underwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Socks & tights that have been removed from the packaging cannot be returned either. If you have any doubts about the right size: email us, we are happy to help you!

We have the following requirements for your return (I have to keep an increasingly strict eye on this, because it is often a mess... Sorry for the strict tone).

  1. Send us an email that you are going to return something and we would appreciate it if you tell us why. Maybe we can help you make a better size choice next time or inform our customers about the fit.
    The item is in absolute new condition , i.e. not worn and without unnecessary wrinkles, stains, damage, (pet) hair and/or odors resulting from a stay in your home.
    Items that are damaged cannot be accepted as returns by us. You can have them returned to you at PostNL shipping rates if you wish. You can then sell the item(s) yourself via 2nd hand channels.

  2. Fold the item neatly. Some time and attention is nice. (That casual double-folded and/or scrunched 'folding' way is for your own wardrobe ;-) You do not want to keep the item you are returning, so treat it as if it is not yours and treat it more nicely. I find it sad to have to report, but even worse how I find returns)

  3. Close the buttons, zipper etc. yourself. (Yes, it's so bad to have to ask, but what do you think?)

  4. Label with barcode must always be attached. (without barcode label no refund of amount)

  5. Without stains, odors, hair or other 'souvenirs' from the stay at your home (and if you do go ahead, wash your children's hands and their snouts first... Nobody wants to receive something with a bit of snot or cat hair on it, including me)

  6. Always include a note with your name (with which you placed the order) so we can find your order. (Without a sender/name we cannot trace and process a return).

  7. Finally, always put a return address on a piece of mail . Just because!
    The shipping bag your order was delivered in can be reused. Meters of duck tape are not necessary. Unwrapping gifts is a party, unwrapping returns is not ;-)

  8. If possible, please send at the beginning of the week and preferably not on Friday. We are not there on Saturday. The occasional postman forgets to leave a note that your mail item has been forwarded to the post office (if the neighbors are not home to accept it). If we do not know this, we cannot collect it. Without a sender, such a mail item is disposed of and gets lost. No fun for anyone, fortunately it can be prevented!

  9. If an item is returned for any reason, the costs will again be borne by the sender.

  10. Send the mail item sufficiently stamped to our return address. Email for the correct address due to relocation.

If all of the above requirements are met, we will refund the amount to the account used for payment within a maximum of 30 days. Returns are processed once every 14 days. During holidays and busy periods (when new collections are coming in and there are many orders, this may take longer.)

Returns manufacturing defect
If there is clearly a manufacturing defect, we request that you contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the item, to make an appointment for a solution.
