Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges & Returns
Items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (law on "distance selling"). You must notify us of your return by e-mail within 3 working days of receiving the item.

Returns
The postage costs as well as the shipping risk for returns are at your expense.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Including original label & packaging (by this we do not mean the shipping bag or shipping box but the label (with barcode!) that is attached to the product and possibly the plastic bag in which it was packed).
  • Not worn and/or washed, without smoke or perfume smell, without stains, cat hair and wrinkles, etc.
  • The item must be neatly packed and shipped with sufficient postage. We will not accept unfranked items.
  • Swimwear and underwear cannot be returned (due to hygiene)
  • Always include a note with your name, order number, bank account number and place of residence with your return. This will allow us to process your return. Without this information, we cannot process your return.
  • Please fold neatly and without unnecessary wrinkles. Please take the time to look at where the original folds were and fold the article that way. You may close the buttons yourself and please leave the sleeves and trouser legs facing outwards instead of inwards after taking them off... Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that customers casually fold their return shipment in half and stuff it in an envelope or box and send it back :( The webshop consists of 1 woman and there is no ironing department for returns. If the items are really too wrinkled, I reserve the right not to refund the full amount. Costs for ironing or steaming will then be deducted.

If the return shipment meets all these points, we will refund the order amount as soon as possible.
Returns are processed by us once every 2 weeks. As soon as we have transferred the amount back to you, you will receive an email from us.
Unfortunately, we cannot process returns that are sent back without prior notice and/or without an accompanying letter.

Returns manufacturing defect
If there is clearly a manufacturing defect, we request that you contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the item, to make an appointment for exchange for a replacement item.
Any return shipping costs incurred will be borne by us, if applicable.

Swap
If you want to exchange the article for another size, color or item, we request that you simply order and pay for the new article via the online web shop. The new article can then be sent immediately after payment.
This way we can serve you faster than if we have to wait for the returned item first and there is no chance that the item you wanted to exchange for is ordered by someone else.
You can always email us if you need advice about the right size, for example.
Please register the item you wish to return with us as a return (see above) and it will be processed that way.
